Thank you for shopping with Keti Swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• The item must be in original condition
• All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

• Show signs of wear
• Have had the hygiene liner removed
• Are damaged after delivery
• Were purchased as final sale

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on product availability.
If you need a different size or item, please contact us before sending your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
